Epic scale, zero compromises, and togetherness done the Arnulf way. Welcome to Bon Bon Boom - our new epic mansion. Arnulf de Hesdin believed size was everything… and nobody should be off the Guest List. And that’s the spirit of Bon Bon. The living room feels plucked straight from Condé Nast Traveler magazine, the kitchen build for glorious banquets - complete with 6 dishwashers across the house, but let’s not brag. Best of all, you can rack up a game of pool. drink in hand, and look out over the garden as the rest of the group celebrate in the pool and think to yourself: damn what a life I’m leading.

The details

  • 17 King size ensuite bedrooms- 20 toilets. Beds can only be made as King - not singles.

    House sleeps 34.

    2 bedrooms are on ground floor with shower bath but not suitable for accessibility.

    Bedrooms are sleep focussed not suite size, with the main space of the house given over to generous areas for lounging, playing and being together.

  • Swimming pool - heated all year. Huge hot tub ( honestly most holiday homes don’t have a pool this big!) and panoramic sauna overlooking the fields.

    Grounds and BBQ fire pit area

    The garden is not secure so while we accept dogs in this house you might want to keep an eye on them if they are a liability. The view is beautiful in this house.

For silly games, for the ultimate family music video creations, for looking incredibly smug while soaking up the sun. For lounging in your own private pool that’s better than most hotels and a 1000 times more exclusive. Yes the outdoor space is cool. Really cool

The kitchen is obscene.

Life is way too short for washing up. We’ve packed this house with 6 dishwashers, 6 ovens, 12 gas hobs, 2 inductions, and 4 sinks. Frankly. that is a spectacular amount of firepower just to prepare crisps and dip but we love the drama. And you’ll love a private chef.

Step into your own private members club. Dark, decadent, and unapologetically moody, this space feels like a vintage cigar lounge crossed with the ultimate man cave. It’s pure heaven with a pool cue in hand.

Let’s be honest, putting your entire inner circle under one massive roof is a recipe for either absolute magic or total chaos. We design for the magic. The secret to epic togetherness isn't forcing everyone to be joined at the hip 24/7. It’s all about the flow. We’ve crafted this mega mansion with sneaky little corners- perfect for a quiet coffee, or a deep convo, or even to hide for 10 mins from everyone else. But when the time comes to assemble the tribe- Bon Bon flexes. With colossal dining, sprawling outdoor spaces, a huge pool and hot tub, you have the ultimate stage for the whole group. The cosy hideaways to save your sanity, the epic oversized luxury facilities to make the memories. Come together year after year. Arnulf demands it.

BON BON BOOM OVERVIEW

- Bon Bon Boom is located on the East Entrance of The Hesdin Estate.
- Standard capacity of 34 in 17 large ensuite rooms. The bedrooms are only suitable for 2 beds.
- Minimum Stay - 3 nights.
- Monday or Friday check in days.
- Average cost for a midweek stay is £7200, weekend is £9000.
- Bon Bon Boom is ideal for big celebrations, and big families.
- Up to 2 dogs allowed although garden not secure ( additional charge)
- Bon Bon Boom is not recommended for anyone that requires an accessible friendly house.

Why Bon Bon Boom will get your group excited

The "Viral" Sofa. In the cinema room sits a sofa so gorgeous we get harassed daily for the supplier's name. It swallows the whole group for a movie marathon. You have been warned.

Saturday Night, Sorted. Shuffleboard, arcade machines, and proper bar stools. We built a private members' club in your living room so you never have to queue for a drink.

Glasses Galore. A kitchen wall lined with crystal. Crystal glasses—pints, stems, and (dare we say it) shot glasses. We don't ration joy, and you certainly don't run out of glassware.

The Hotel Killer. Mirrored table tennis, a hot tub, and that stainless steel pool. 5-star hotels ain't got a bit on this. It’s private, it’s yours, and the bar never closes.

Social Gold. There is a reason this is our most popular house to date. From the layout to the lights, it’s impossible to have a boring night here.
