The newest house on The Hesdin Estate; Hayho House and it’s a beaut. This 7 bedroom super home ( one bedroom is even in a separate annexe!) is sure to excite and delight family and friends. Sleeping up to 14 guests, this upside down home, the 4th on The Hesdin Estate, has been carefully designed for celebrations. With a large kitchen/ diner/ lounge overlooking Clay Hill, underground swimming pool, games room and lots, lots more, including a room we’re calling The Dog Disco. Have we told you too much…?

There’s a games room, wild grass courtyard and a swimming pool that’s probably the coolest in Wiltshire, if not the world ;) -

About Hayho House

Hayho House sleeps 14 - there is a separate annexe bedroom which sleeps 2. We think this is the perfect bedroom to escape from the madness of your family and friends

This house is an upside down house so probably not the best unfortunately. We recommend Pigertons which is a similar size.

We welcome dogs at The Hesdin Estate but Hayho House is not secure.
The pool

Yes, you also have exclusive access to the old Garage block which has now been restored into a private swimming pool, games room and cinema room

The swimming pool is heated all year round. There is an integrated hot tub and swim jets and fountain. It’s perfect for lounging with bubbles - the end has steps access and seats, or getting those lengths in.

Designed to excite & thrill
Originally the stable block on the farm, we’ve catapulted it into 2023. Think art instillations, statement chandeliers and any many an instagrammable moments.
Stargazing and floating
The indoor underground swimming pool is the place you’ll spend all your time. Lie back and look at the stars with the roof windows or watch TV in your swimmers.
Exposed beams and lots of wood
We’ve spent months restoring the 17th century wooden beams, and traditional features in this supersized home. It’s beautiful and awe inspiring to be in the large kitchen diner.

A traditional stable block with lots of surprises
With a few homes under our belt, and lots of feedback we’re starting to feel really confident about what our guests want - and we’ve poured all this learning into Hayho House. The kitchen, diner, lounge is the space you and yours will adore- with a ceiling that feels more impressive than the Sistine Chapel, allegedly, and chandeliers that feel grand and opulent. We love the indoor pool of course, but there’s tonnes more to do here- Beer Pong for 8, Foozeball, Cinema Club, a chef’s table bar, table tennis and an outside dining area looking at wild flowers, nature, and perhaps if you’re really lucky- a wild dear or three. Hayho House is a triumph!
Extras & Activities
We can get as involved as you’d like to make your trip, even more extraordinary. From supplying birthday cakes (freshly baked by Hes-Din-Dins), to organising a bazillion balloons of the Stag’s face as soon as the hen gets out of the minibus, get in contact with one of The Hesdin Team and see how we can help. We can also arrange for Housekeeping to come in the morning after the night before and hide all the empties, and give everything a spruce if you need it. And so it begins…
