Perched on the wild edge of the Estate, Lady Ava’s Tower is a home built for big, celebratory, togetherness. The headline act is the stainless steel pool with its glass viewing wall—turning every swim into a spectator sport for the group on the terrace. or in the hot tub. Inside, it’s a playground featuring a 12ft shuffleboard, a massive pool table and a dining room that demands a "brunchy lunchy" that lasts until sunset. And that’s before we’ve even mentioned a bedroom tower that lets you sleep in the clouds. Look out for Phil (our resident fat pheasant).

  • 9 bedrooms- 7 ensuite bedrooms in the main house, 2 ensuite bedrooms in the adjoining tower- hence the name Lady Ava’s Tower.

    The master bedroom sleeps 7! Perfect for families and ultimate girls catch ups.

We just had to bring a 12ft shuffleboard to the Estate. It’s one of the most frustratingly fun games to play! Suitable for all ages. Rows guaranteed.

Who is this “Lady Ava?”

Named after our Original Host Arnulf de Hesdin’s wife, a woman so prone to gossip she was banished to a tower every Sunday just to keep the village secrets safe. We like her style. In her honour, we didn't just build a house; we built a spectacle "Standard" wouldn't cut it. Non Non Non. Lady Ava didn't do "adequate." She did "Oh damn, this is insane." From the stainless steel, glass-ended pool to the vertical sleeping quarters, nothing here is a box-ticking exercise. It is a sanctuary built for conspiracies, confessions, and the kind of gossip and fun that stays strictly between these walls. It’s all yours, darling. Spill the tea.

- Lady Ava’s Tower is located on the East Entrance of The Hesdin Estate.
- Standard capacity of 24 in 9 large ensuite rooms. One bedroom is a gorgeous vaulted glass ended dorm room with 2 en-suites sleeping 7.
- Minimum Stay - 3 nights.
- Monday or Friday check in days.
- Average cost for a midweek stay is £5200, weekend is £6700.
- Lady Ava’s Tower is ideal for big celebrations, luxey hens and big families.
- Up to 2 dogs allowed although garden not secure ( additional charge)
- Lady Ava’s Tower is not recommended for anyone that requires an accessible friendly house.

Why Lady Ava’s Tower will get your group excited

The "Viral" Sofa. In the cinema room sits a sofa so gorgeous we get harassed daily for the supplier's name. It swallows the whole group for a movie marathon. You have been warned.

Saturday Night, Sorted. Shuffleboard, arcade machines, and proper bar stools. We built a private members' club in your living room so you never have to queue for a drink.

Glasses Galore. A kitchen wall lined with crystal. Crystal glasses—pints, stems, and (dare we say it) shot glasses. We don't ration joy, and you certainly don't run out of glassware.

The Hotel Killer. Mirrored table tennis, a hot tub, and that stainless steel pool. 5-star hotels ain't got a bit on this. It’s private, it’s yours, and the bar never closes.

Social Gold. There is a reason this is our most popular house to date. From the layout to the lights, it’s impossible to have a boring night here.
