Now, we know we say this every time but… the newest home from The Hesdin Estate has got to be our most favourite yet. On the edge of The Estate, this home is all about the views, the facilities, and the wild deer ( and our resident fat pheasant Phil). The glass stainless steel XL swimming pool and hot tub are a triumph for big kids, little kids, and adults who behave like kids. Heated 365 you’ll struggle to decide whether it’s a morning dip you want, or a game of shuffleboard, or pool or a brunchy lunchy in the epic dining room. We’re teasing you with a few pics before the big launch soon.

9 bedrooms- 7 ensuite bedrooms in the main house, 2 ensuite bedrooms in the adjoining tower- hence the name Lady Ava’s Tower.
The master bedroom sleeps 7! Perfect for families and ultimate girls catch ups.

Lady Ava’s Tower grounds questions

Yes - but we do offer a Bahamas package if you want to make it even more decadent during the winter months. There’s a cover we ask you to pop on when it’s not in use to keep the temp up.

Parking for Lady Ava’s is through the Hesdin Estate driveway. All signposted once you arrive, but it’s past The Wealthy Merchant, on the left. There’s an EV charger here too. (local rates apply)

Yes the pool and hot tub are separate. There’s also a sauna!

We think so, but we are happy to chat through your group dynamics and see what you need. There’s stair gates, lockable doors so no one can get out to the pool, and other helpful bits.

This house has a few bedrooms on the ground floor and wider than average doorways. That said we know people have different needs so give the Crew HQ a call and we can answer any questions or take a video for you.

All our homes are on the Hesdin Estate so are close with each other. We ask that you are mindful of others and follow the house rules.

Yes a plug in ice machine is available. We advise if you’re planning a cocktail night to pick up some bags of ice too.

Yes, there is a coal BBQ! We provide 1 bag of coals.

Not in this house, so dogs are best kept on a lead. We didn’t want to obstruct the stunning views with a fence!

Who is this “Lady Ava?”
Lady Ava’s Tower is named after our heroic French Knight Arnulf De Hesdin’s wife. Apparently Lady Ava was known for her gossiping so was banished to a tower every Sunday during Church as Arnulf couldn’t trust that she wasn’t going to tell the village something top secret. We like the sound of this Lady Ava…. It was only fitting therefore when we converted the Grain Silo Tower that we named it after this loose lipped luvvie Lady Ava. Lady Ava - we’d always listen to your gossip and we’ll join you with a conspiracy theory or two.
Extras & Activities
We can get as involved as you’d like to make your trip, even more extraordinary. From supplying birthday cakes (freshly baked by Hes-Din-Dins), to organising a bazillion balloons of the Stag’s face as soon as the hen gets out of the minibus, get in contact with one of The Hesdin Team and see how we can help. We can also arrange for Housekeeping to come in the morning after the night before and hide all the empties, and give everything a spruce if you need it.
