8 en-suite bedrooms set on 3 floors, in a gorgeous Georgian farmhouse. Your own outdoor heated pool ( heated 365 days a year no less), a ridiculously toasty hot tub and sauna, plus two games rooms and a gaming suite with Xbox and arcade games. There’s a lot to do in this house. The walled garden is a treat, but beyond there’s space to wonder. You’ll probably see deer, you’ll almost certainly see alpacas, goats and chickens. Guests love the huge dining room, making pizza and sipping cocktails in The Weird Room.

Parking for Hesdin Hall is on the Hesdin Hall driveway, turn left. You cannot access Hesdin Hall through The Hesdin Estate.

The pool is 28 degrees, the hot tub is 37 degrees.
More about the house

The pool cover is semi hard which means that if it is closed correctly, using the buckles, children should be able to walk on it and be safe. We haven’t tried this. All doors out to the garden area are lockable and we always strongly suggest that guests to lock up and watch their children at all times. Please close the cover and use the buckles every time it is not in use.

This house probably isn’t the best on The Estate for you. It’s a Georgian Manor so lots of steps, and no downstairs bedroom. Please read our accessibility statement.

Hesdin Hall has a walled secure garden. You’re also free to walk the fields or the run way

All our homes are on the Hesdin Estate so are close with each other. We ask that you are mindful of others and follow the house rules.

An outside pool, in our Great British Winter?
We’re not stingy with cranking up the temperature of the pool in the winter, so expect bellowing steam when the electric cover is opened for your late night dip. And we can even take it to another level with our Bahamas package if you’re so inclined. Bob around, watch the stars, and then wrap up in your robe, and dash inside to The Weird Room for brandy and crisps.
Extras & Activities
We can get as involved as you’d like to make your trip, even more extraordinary. From supplying birthday cakes (freshly baked by Hes-Din-Dins), to organising a bazillion balloons of the Stag’s face as soon as the hen gets out of the minibus, get in contact with one of The Hesdin Team and see how we can help. We can also arrange for Housekeeping to come in the morning after the night before and hide all the empties, and give everything a spruce if you need it.
