For those who want to truly indulge their pooch, our Lux Pooch Package includes a dog bowl, cosy blanket, poo bags, treats, a ball, bucket, several disposable towels, paw shampoo and a dog card - to make your pup feel like a guest of honour. Because at Hesdin, everyone in your party—four-legged included—deserves to be spoiled.

You’ve rallied the troops, sorted payments, and carefully plotted every last detail… why wait to enjoy the fruits of your labour? With our early check-in option, arrive at 3 pm instead of 4 pm and dive straight into the spirit of indulgence. Perfect for setting the scene, unloading in peace, and making sure everything is picture-perfect before your VIPs make their grand entrance.

Or as Arnulf de Hesdin would say, sometimes the wisest move is simply to put your feet up and enjoy an extra hour of calm—but of course, we never suggest such things.

Grocery Unpacking

Why wrestle with bags and boxes when you could be getting your swimmers on and diving straight into the pool? We’ll meet your delivery, accept everything on your behalf, and tuck all perishables neatly into the fridge or freezer so nothing goes to waste.

Walk through the door and—just as Lady Ava would expect—everything is already in its rightful place, leaving you free to slip straight into holiday mode the moment you arrive.

For those who subscribe to Lady Ava’s philosophy that “life is far too short to be rifling through bags in one’s holiday attire,” our Premium service delivers the full Hesdin treatment. No boxes to flatten, no frantic rummaging for the teabags, we’ll carefully unpack and organise every item into cupboards, drawers, and shelves. 

Everything is exactly where it should be, so you can glide into your Hesdin escape stress-free.

Grocery Drop & Go

With our Drop & Go Service, simply bring your grocery shop to us before check-in and drop it off, so you can go out and explore the nearby attractions before it’s time to check in.

We’ll store everything safely, including all perishables, so it’s ready when you arrive - no lugging heavy bags after a long day out , and no shopping taking up room in the car.

Luggage Drop & Go

Arrive, unload, and get straight to the good part. Our Drop & Go Luggage Service lets you hand over your bags before check-in so you can wander freely around the nearby town without the weight of your suitcases.

We’ll store everything securely until your house is ready - giving you more space in the car, and the freedom to continue your plans elsewhere until check-in time.

Royal Refresh (Housekeeping Service)

There comes a moment in every good stay when fresh linen feels entirely deserved. Especially if your stay is a little longer, or guests are coming and going, a crisp reset can make all the difference.

Just as Lady Ava would expect, our Royal Refresh service comes with zero fuss and maximum comfort. We will seamlessly take care of everything—stripping beds, fitting crisp new sheets, and leaving a fresh towel ready. You simply relax while we work our little housekeeping spell. Each bed is £40, with a minimum charge of £120 for 3 beds.

Sheets at Your Command (Self-Service Linen) – £25 per bed

For those who prefer to rule their own kingdom. Our self-service fresh linen option provides a clean, crisp set of bed sheets for you to change whenever it suits you—ideal for a mid-stay refresh without the fanfare of housekeeping.

We’ll supply everything you need; you simply fit the sheets yourself. A practical choice after a long day, a late night, or when someone declares, “There is nothing quite like fresh sheets.” (Arnulf would agree.)

When you buy, we ask a few details about your home, and your arrival date just before you checkout online and then this is added to your booking.

We know there’s often a light-hearted fallout over who gets which bedroom, even though every bed is fabulous—so consider this your peacekeeping solution. Our delightful bed cards let each guest discover their throne at a glance. Simply tell us who’s sleeping where, and we’ll craft the cards and have them perfectly laid out for your grand arrival.

Perfect for lounging in comfort, a quick freshen-up, or wrapping yourself in warmth after a dip in the pool.

Naturally, one robe per guest is included but let’s be honest, no one wants to re-use a damp one so treat why not treat yourself!

Simply choose the number you need for your booking and we’ll have them waiting the moment you arrive.

After a long journey, arriving to a freshly baked welcome cake feels like pure Hesdin magic… discretion is advised—make sure you get there first, or someone else may sneak the very first slice.

Every Hesdin soirée begins with one bag of firewood, enough to get the firepit glowing and set the mood for cosy nights under the stars. Want to keep the warmth going a little longer? Add an extra bag—after all, no one wants the fire to burn out while the night is still young.

Perfect for warming up, unwinding, and toasting marshmallows while swapping stories—or laughing at whoever’s added a little too much whisky or brandy to their hot chocolate. Just as Arnulf de Hesdin might have done after a long day rallying the troops.

Sometimes some of our guests have different groups of friends or family staying for their stay. We are able to provide fresh towels so your guests don’t have to recycle…!

No Hesdin soirée would be complete without the little luxuries that make life effortlessly delightful. Bath towels? Naturally provided. Pool towels? Not included—and no one wants to be reaching for a damp one mid-float.
