Our meticulously designed luxury homes provide just that – a haven for innovative thinking, team bonding, and strategic planning, all while offering an unforgettable retreat experience.
Situated in close proximity to London, Bath, Bristol, and Birmingham, and with excellent transport connections including a helicopter landing pad and runway, accessibility will never be a concern. We can be as hands on as you’d like, and there’s even the option to hire the whole Estate.

Space for brainstorming sessions, strategic planning meetings, informal discussions or full on bootcamps. Each of our homes has large TVs, suitable for laptop connectivity, so you can plug in, present and get the team excited about what’s to come, in a comfy chair. All that thinking is going to need some food- We can even help sort your food throughout the day with our in house catering team - Hes-Din-Dins.
Customise your stay
A Hesdin retreat is customisable- we can tailor catering, provide whiteboards, pens and paper, activities and help with logistics- like unpacking your groceries for arrival. We're even on hand to move furniture ( with prior approval) so you can have space for yoga, or a silent disco if you’re so inclined.

This will sound crazy but bear with. Brainstorming in our hot tubs with perhaps a glass or two is a game changer for team bonding and ideas. Something about the relaxed environment, or the bubbles - both in your drink and the water naturally paves the way for creativity, allowing brilliant ideas to emerge effortlessly. We recognise the need to capture these spur-of-the-moment insights, so we can equip your tub with whiteboards, waterproof paper, and pens. You’ll be surprised when an idea can come. From quarterly planning and team-building to new management onboarding and away days, our guests have seamlessly merged relaxation with productivity, making every dip a dive into innovation. This house boasts a wonderful dining room which has hosted sewing retreats, floristry workshops and yearly planning sessions. The large walled garden is perfect for team building and we’re sure there has been a competitive game of water polo in Hesdin’s private pool. -
The Corn Crib

This home is always popular. The large 8m dining room has seen lots of boardroom meetings, and the lounge area with its XL TV is the perfect place for sharing presentations together. We’ve even cleared space in the games room to make way for a breakout yoga space. -
Hayho House
SLEEPS UP TO 14
The large open plan kitchen, diner, lounge is the star of this home. It suits groups who want more of an informal space. There’s an 8 player beer pong table which is calling out for a game or two, and a TV in the swimming pool so you can present your ideas in a totally unique space. -
Pigertons
SLEEPS UP TO 16
Rooftop laptop sessions, floating in the pool with it’s own TV, and that epic TV wall featuring 7 TV’s makes this home pretty unusual for hosting a retreat. We’re imagining live dashboards on one TV, a google sheet on the other, interactive whiteboards keeping notes. Pigertons is epic. -

If you’re planning a big corporate meet up hiring all of Hesdin could be just fab. We can put tables in the yard, or even better The Alpaca Restaurant so you can eat together, team building games in the field, and soon there will even be a fresh water swimming pool to enjoy.
