Is the pool heated all year around?

Yes - but we do offer a Bahamas package if you want to make it even more decadent during the winter months. There’s a cover we ask you to pop on when it’s not in use to keep the temp up.

Where is Lady Ava's parking?

Parking for Lady Ava’s is through the Hesdin Estate driveway. All signposted once you arrive, but it’s past The Wealthy Merchant, on the left. There’s an EV charger here too. (local rates apply)

Do you have a separate pool and hot tub?

Yes the pool and hot tub are separate. There’s also a sauna overlooking the fields. The pool and hot tub are next door to each other - so you’ll be able to see everyone in the glass end, while you sip bubbles in the hot tub

Is this house safe for kids?

We think so, but we are happy to chat through your group dynamics and see what you need. There’s stair gates, lockable doors so no one can get out to the pool, and other helpful bits.

Is this house accessibility friendly?

This house has a few bedrooms on the ground floor and wider than average doorways. That said we know people have different needs so give the Crew HQ a call and we can answer any questions or take a video for you.

Is this house close to others?

All our homes are on the Hesdin Estate so are close with each other. We ask that you are mindful of others and follow the house rules.

Yes a plug in ice machine is available. We advise if you’re planning a cocktail night to pick up some bags of ice too.

No, not at this house I’m afraid. The TV’s are Samsung and have the apps already on them, although feel free to bring your Fire Stick.

BBQ available all year round?

Yes, there is a coal BBQ! We provide 1 bag of coals.

Is there a secure garden

Not in this house, so dogs are best kept on a lead. We didn’t want to obstruct the stunning views with a fence!

We want you to get a feel of the endless space in Bon Bon so the garden isn’t secure. There’s also a pond. Chat to The Guest Crew about little ones in your group. You’ll need to watch children at all times please
