Payment
To confirm the reservation, an initial payment is required from the customer within a maximum of 48 hours of invoice being sent out. This holds your date and stops anyone else from swooping in and taking it from you! The non refundable deposit is 30% of the total booking amount. We ask you to think about how many extra beds you might need at this stage, but don’t worry if this isn’t possible, we can add these at a later date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks before the start date of the rental. You are more than welcome to pay your full amount upfront. All extras must also be paid for prior to arrival. We are unable to cancel bookings.
Security Deposit
For all homes we require a security deposit. We appreciate accidents happen and small breakages and wear and tear will be covered by us. This is just to protect us incase guests do not treat our homes with the respect they deserve. When you check out, you’ll get that deposit back as long as there has been no major mishaps - don’t stress we aren’t talking about the odd wine glass breakage.
We Accept Bank Transfer And Payment Via Stripe Or Paypal.
It’s always a good idea to take out travel insurance for your trip. We cannot unfortunately offer last minute cancellations. Travel insurance could protect you if you are unable to come because of a life mishap or illness.
Amending your booking
You know how hard it is to get a coffee in the diary with friends? Times that by a few thousands and that’s often how tricky it is to get a weekend away agreed and in the diary. Because of this we aren’t able to change or cancel any bookings if it is less than 9 months to arrival. If it’s over 9 months to arrival, we will relist your dates for a small admin charge. If it gets booked by another group we will issue you a refund, minus a £200 admin fee. If you need to change your dates and the new date is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference, and a £200 admin fee at the point of change. If you need to change the date and the date is cheaper, we do not issue refunds.
